Sawai-Gandharwa-Bhimsen Mahotsav. This one program is the thing for which I wait the whole year impatiently. I don’t have exact words to describe how much this program matters to me. But to say a few things about , it’s Sawai that ignited the urge within me towards the classical music, it’s sawai that has given me chance to witness the extra-ordinary talent in Indian classical music, and it’s Sawai which has given me some unforgettable memories.

This will be 60th year of Sawai (Diamond jubilee year) and hence it will be held for full 6 days (11th to 16th Dec, 2012)! I am sure you all will be too happy to hear this. Below is the time-table for this year.
